Seth Blocker
Chiropractor
Dr. Seth J. Blocker has been living in the town of Meredith with his wife Linda and their two children Rachel and Benjamin for the past 15 years. He has operated a chiropractic office in Delaware County for approximately 20 years, currently practicing in Delhi, NY. He currently is a Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care board of directors’ member serving on the board of governance and the patient quality assurance committees. He had been a member of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce for approximately 15 years and served as a member of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2012-2018 where he served as chairman of the Board of Directors from 2014-2017.
David C. Brower
SUNY Delhi
David C. Brower serves as the Dean of the School of Business and Hospitality Management at SUNY Delhi where he oversees a dynamic array of academic offerings including Culinary Arts, Event Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business & Technology Management, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, and Professional Golf Management. David joined the faculty in fall 2002 and became department chair of Hospitality Management in 2012. His industry experience includes positions with the Walt Disney Company, Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, and the Isle of Capri Casino, Inc. He gained valuable experience with not-for-profit management during his time with the Rhode Island Hospitality and Tourism Association where he served as a school to career liaison and later as Director of Membership Services. David holds associate and baccalaureate degrees in Hospitality Management from SUNY Delhi, an MBA in Hospitality Administration from the Alan Shawn Feinstein Graduate School at Johnson & Wales University, and a PhD in Leadership and Management from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN.
Tim Cutting
Community Bank
Tim Cutting brings over two decades of banking experience to his position as Retail Services Officer at Community Bank. In this role, he helps Delaware County business owners and residents find lending solutions to support their goals. Tim has been a resident of Sidney for more than twenty years and is actively involved in community organizations, including the Sidney Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Rotary, and the Sidney Community Foundation.
Kevin DePodwin
Table to Farm Tours
Kevin DePodwin is the co-owner and founder of Table to Farm Tours, with his partner Lindsay Barton. Table to Farm Tours connects their customer with local Catskills farmers, distillers, cider makers, and farm-to-table restaurants through day and evening tours. Kevin and Lindsay live in Roxbury in a house Kevin’s great-aunt purchased in 1937, and just had their first child, June Margaret, in September 2019. Kevin is also the principal of KSD Strategies, a boutique consulting firm helping area non-profits, businesses, and governments streamline processes, develop Strategic Plans, and implement new projects. Prior to Table to Farm Tours, Kevin’s career has been in the public sector working in campaigns, legislative offices, and administrations. Kevin has a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University and spent the last ten years working to save taxpayer money by implementing efficiency initiatives, overseeing strategic planning and project management efforts, spearheading performance management tools, and planning for and managing emergencies including hurricanes, snowstorms, and power outages.
Glen Faulkner
Margaretville Telephone Company
Glen Faulkner joined the Chamber board in 2016 and is a lifelong resident of New Kingston. In 1996 Glen assumed the role of Cable Television Manager for the Margaretville Telephone Company. In 2008 Glen was promoted to General Manager where he oversees the day-to-day activities of the company including its broadband and cable subsidiaries. Glen is active in numerous business and community organizations including the Margaretville Fire Department and MARK Project. Glen is a part-time pyrotechnician for ZY Fireworks and enjoys spending time on hobbies and projects outdoors in Delaware County.
Thomas Kelley, CPA
Creative Tax Planning Associates
Thomas F Kelley has lived in the town of Delhi for 17 years with his wife, Jayne Anne Harris and their family. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Marist College, and worked for KPMG, one of the world’s largest accounting firms. After leaving KPMG, he worked in the internal audit department of General Foods, was the Director of Internal Audit at Handy and Harmon and Assistant Controller of the Industrial Chemicals division of Geest Industries before starting his own accounting practice in 1989. He’s on the board of directors of the ADAC of Delaware County.
Rieley Keator
Mark Project
Rieley Keator is a Roxbury resident and a Catskill Mountain native. She is a 2008 graduate of Roxbury Central School and Northern Catskills Occupational Center (NCOC) BOCES Culinary Arts program. Rieley joined the staff of Ate O Ate Catering when it opened in 2012. She is also a member of the NCOC BOCES Culinary Arts Advisory Committee. Rieley is currently the Program Administrator at MARK Project. She has a desire to improve the region’s quality of life. She is looking forward to continuing her work in housing and economic development.
Rosie Lamport
Lamport Hemp Farm
Rosie Lamport is the Director of Agriculture and Retail at Lamport Hemp Farm in Hobart. Rosie and her husband John have operated Lamport Dairy Farm for the past 9 years. The dairy farm has been in operation since the 1700s and in 2019 became an alternative agriculture enterprise transitioning to Lamport Hemp Farm. Lamport Hemp Farm grows hemp for its CBD oil content and retails a product line consisting of CBD tinctures, soaps, salves, t-shirts, CBD animal-use products, hemp flower and more. Edible products include CBD infused with locally produced honey and maple syrup. Rosie is focused on evolving agricultural market trends, networking and collaboration and brings the perspective of the Delaware County’s changing face of agriculture.
Dr. Michael MacDonald, Ed.D
Walton Central School
Michael MacDonald is Superintendent of Walton Central School. He holds a doctorate of education degree in educational leadership and management and is a New York certified school district administrator and school administrator/supervisor. His educational administration career spans more than 20 years including positions at DCMO BOCES and Hancock Central School. His published work includes “Invisible Disorder, Visible Effect.” Principal Leadership Jan. 2010 and “Making the Case for Minimum Expectations”
Valerie Nichols
Delhi Telephone Company
alerie Nichols is the Customer Service Manager at Delhi Telephone Company and has been with the company for seven years. A native of the Margaretville area, Valerie resides in Andes with her husband and their two children. She brings experience in marketing, sales and event planning to her work with community groups and is active as a director with Greater Delhi Area Chamber, co-leader of Delhi Girl Scout Troop #30206, a member of the Delhi Women’s and Men’s Club, Delaware County Youth Soccer coordinator for Andes, Andes Elementary Ski Club, and as a community liaison for Kappa Sigma Epsilon fraternity at SUNY Delhi.
Todd Pascarella
Union Grove Distillery
Todd Pascarella is one of the founders and owners of Union Grove Distillery in Arkville which opened in early 2016. Union Grove won national recognition for their first offering Vly Creek Vodka, taking home multiple gold medals at the 2017 American Distilling Institute’s spirit competition. Previous to running the distillery, Todd was a Building Performance Institute certified contractor, evaluating and upgrading the energy efficiency of close to a thousand homes across the region. Outside of business, Todd has spent much time in public service, and was Deputy Mayor and then Mayor of Fleischmanns from 2009 to 2015. Todd resides in Fleischmanns with his wife Jeanine and their two children.
Jim Reynolds

Jim Reynolds has served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Sidney Federal Credit Union since January 2019. Jim is a central New York native with extensive experience in the credit union movement. He began his career in credit unions in 1996, and has held the titles of business development account executive, director of sales, VP of communications, and SVP of operations, and chief operating officer. Jim is active in a number of community and charitable organizations, including United Way of Sidney.
Jacob Sackett, Esq.

Jacob Sackett graduated from Delaware Academy in 2011, going on to study Sustainable Agriculture at Cornell University. He later attended Boston College Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate. Jacob returned to Delaware County where he now practices law, with an emphasis on real estate, estate planning, and matrimonials. In addition to his legal practice, Jacob and his girlfriend, Elizabeth Starks, are co-owners of Bovina Farm and Fermentory, a small permaculture farm and market.
Tara Vitti
Feather & Stone Restaurant
Tara Vitti owns Feather & Stone Restaurant, a full service restaurant in Walton. Tara grew up in Walton, attended culinary school in Rhode Island, and pursued a restaurant career in Seattle. Upon moving back to her hometown she opened a successful restaurant and dove headfirst into the community. Tara was recently elected to her second term as president of the Walton Chamber of Commerce. She prides herself as a champion for shopping local (especially for food), being as green as economically possible and being a supporter of the arts both in the community and in her restaurant.
Seth Wildenstein
Delaware Valley Hospital
Seth Wildenstein is a lifelong resident of Walton. Currently he is a level 3 Certified Hospital Emergency Coordinator and is the Director of Support Services at UHS Delaware Valley Hospital overseeing Bio Medical, Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Emergency Preparedness, Safety and Security. In addition he is also a member of the Sr. Management Council. Seth spent 25 years in the family retail/wholesale florist and greenhouse small business. Following in his parent’s footsteps, civic activities have included 22 years of service with the Walton Fire Department and Emergency Squad where he has served in several support and leadership roles and as a member of the Central New York Firemen’s Association Audit Committee. As a parent of two sons, Seth was a Board Member of the Walton Nursery School, Den Leader and Committee Member of Cub Scout Pack 45 and Committee Member of Boy Scout Troop 45, as well as PTA and Building Level Team Member of Townsend Elementary and Walton Middle School.
