TOWN OF SIDNEY
Main Street in Sidney
The town of Sidney is located in the northwest corner of the county and borders Otsego and Chenango counties. The Susquehanna River flows along its edge. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 50.6 square miles and a 2010 Census population of 5,774 people. The town includes the village of Sidney as well as the hamlets of East Sidney, Franklin Depot, Sidney Center, South Unadilla, and Youngs.
