TOWN OF TOMPKINS
The Town of Tompkins is located in the southwestern part of the county. According to the United States Census Bureau, Tompkins has a total area of 104.4 square miles and a 2010 population of 1,247 people. The Cannonsville Reservoir on the West Branch Delaware River crosses the center of the town. The town includes the hamlets of Apex, Cleaver, Islamberg, Kelsey, Rock Rift, and Trout Creek.
